Returns

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Providing clear photos of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect shipment, or another error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during transit.
